The general use rate for NanoZn is 4-6 fl oz per acre. Apply 6-12 fl oz per acre for high volume applications (greater than 50 gallons per acre). A reduced rate of 2 fl oz per acre may be used for low volume aerial applications (less than 5 gallons per acre). Use NanoZn to supplement crop nutrient applications as needed according to recommendations in your nutrient management plan.

Zinc is a much-needed micronutrient and these days, with fertilizer prices the way they are, if you can provide Zinc and other nutrients more efficiently by adding Nano products to an existing application, it can make a big difference.

General Use

NanoZn is effective for both soil and foliar applications. Add NanoZn following other fertilizer inputs in sufficient water to ensure adequate coverage. Mix well. Surfactant products should be added after mixing NanoZn with crop inputs.

Storage & Handling

STORE IN ORIGINAL CONTAINER AND PROTECT FROM FREEZING. DO NOT STORE PRODUCT IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME. KEEP CONTAINER SEALED WHEN NOT IN USE. IN THE EVENT OF A SPILL, CLEAN-UP PROMPTLY USING TRAINED PERSONNEL AND PRE-PLANNED PROCEDURES OR CONTACT CHEMTREC AT 1-800-424-9300 FOR ASSISTANCE.

Precautions

WARNING: Causes eye irritation. Causes skin irritation. Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using this product. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash skin thoroughly after handling. Wear protective eyewear (goggles or face shield), and protective gloves when using this product. If swallowed: call a poison center/doctor if you feel unwell. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention. If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. Refer to Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for additional information.

Nanotechnology is relatively new in agriculture but is being studied and used across multiple fields including science, mechanics, electronics, biology, and medicine.


Our products effectively work as a delivery system for nutrients and crop protection products. The particle protects molecules from environmental losses and efficiently delivers them to plants at the cellular level. Through endocytosis, one nanoparticle can deliver a thousand nutrient ions, whereas in the typical process of diffusion or active transport each nutrient ion must individually pass through the cell membrane.
